Lamborghini Wine was launched over fifty years ago in 1968 by Ferruccio Lamborghini, the man behind one of the world's most famous car companies of the same name. Ferruccio's love of wine was as intense as his passion for cars and it shows in the Lamborghini range of wines, now crafted by Riccardo Cotarella, one of Italy's most renowned winemakers. The family estate, where most of the wines are sourced, is on the border between Tuscany and Umbria and close to where he originally launched Lamborghini cars.
This refined and elegant wine has spent six months in French oak barrels contributing to its intense ruby red colour and iconic Umbrian flavours. Enjoy aromas of ripe fruit, tobacco and chocolate. The sensory explosion continues with notes of the red fruits of Sangiovese combined with the fruity and more complex ones of Merlot, creating a beautifully balanced wine.
